Dr. Thomas’s journey from biochemistry and nutrition at Southeastern Louisiana University to chiropractic excellence at Life University and Sherman College highlights her dedication to advanced care. Training under an inventor of the Activator Method in Phoenix, AZ, she achieved Advanced Proficiency and Instructor status. In January 2017, she rebranded Saum Chiropractic as Flexx Chiropractic, evolving it into Flex Integrated Medical, emphasizing a holistic and collaborative health approach. A community leader, Dr. Thomas has served on the Link Young Professionals board, graduated from Leadership Lowndes County, and is active in civic organizations. Her passion for family, travel, reading, and volunteering reflects her commitment to both her patients and community.
