Lenys Gonzalez-Valles

Dr. Lenys Gonzalez-Valles, MD, is a Venezuelan Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition physician belonging to the staff of SOVENIA (Venezuelan Society of Autistic Children). She specializes in diagnosing and treating GI pathology in autistic children and developmental delays. She has been involved in researching in collaboration with other colleagues the clinical, endoscopic, and histological findings of gastrointestinal mucosa of these patients and the diagnosis of infections and immune system disorders. She is actively involved in different national and international conferences, dedicated to education, research, and support for autistic children and families with gastrointestinal disease.
