In Aug. 2012, I was 380 pounds. I was drinking a gallon of bourbon and smoking a carton of cigarettes a week. I had tried all the fad diets only to come up short. On Sept. 8, 2012, with goals of becoming an Ironman and being able to walk my daughters down the aisle one day, I started my journey to becoming healthier. In May of 2016, at 195 pounds, I became an Ironman. Now, at 175 pounds, with a new goal of helping others on their primal journey and giving them the confidence to say, "Yes I Can!!!"
