Denise Ellis

I live in rural Australia, have an agricultural background and am happiest outdoors. I am a mum of 2 little girls, and step-mum of 2 'big kids'. I was drawn to a Primal approach to living in 2020 after going through my own journey to optimise my health, feel better, sleep better and get back in shape. I am mid-40's and have never felt better. I enjoy helping others to change their own lives by reaching their personal health goals.
