I am a Registered Nurse who has always been interested in health and fitness, though for a time I was really out of shape. Whilst I was out of shape I seriously injured my back and had to deal with a change away from bedside nursing, depression, pain, and a worsening health picture. I finally decided I was sick of being sick and did something about it. I am still a work in progress, but I am eating healthily, living a keto lifestyle most of the time and have lost a significant amount of weight. I am 60 years old and I already feel like I am back in my forties, and sometimes my thirties. I am not a "gym rat". What has worked for me is consistency and listening to my body. I am interested in working with folks that feel like this is a strategy that might work for them.
