I'm an amateur triathlete from Thailand. I have a swimming background but just started triathlon less than a year ago. I found that Primal Blueprint and Primal Endurance make perfect sense and the way I want to live my life. My goal is for everyone to live a healthy and strong lives in this industrialized, profit driven world.
