Jan Steele

My name is Jan Steele, aka « La Goose ». Based in the beautiful Cévenne mountains, near Montpellier (France), I am a cooking instructor and allergen-friendly vacation host. In short, I help people learn to harness the power of real food, to feel better. I teach my clients to cook differently, so that they can eat differently, so that they can feel differently (read: better!). I also host people for holidays in our B&B, allowing them to discover this beautiful region, while at the same time ensuring that their food restrictions and sensitivities are respected to a T.
