Hi! I’m Maggie, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I support women who are constantly stressed out and struggling with anxiety, low energy and digestive issues. We work together to address these challenges with targeted nutrition plans and lifestyle strategies. The goal is to thrive, have an abundance of energy and a balanced lifestyle, to live a fulfilling life beyond work hours. I offer 1-1 consultations, group coaching and workshops, online and in person. At the end of the day, myy mission is to help others create space for self-care in their life, to create healthier and happier habits, and to thrive at every level of their being.
