Sharon R. Hatcher

Sharon R. Hatcher, DDS, a 5th generation Hopkins County resident, graduated with honors from Sulphur Springs High School. Afterwards she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. While in Houston she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston. She returned home to Sulphur Springs and opened her solo practice in 1998. In 1999 Dr. Hatcher married Sam Baxley a 4th generation Hopkins county resident from the Reilly Springs community. They have two children, Joseph Baxley of Sulphur Springs and Katarina Bell of Celina, Tx. They also have a granddaughter Jael Bell of Celina, Tx. She and her husband Sam are active members of 1st Assembly of God in Sulphur Springs. They have been on dental missions trips to Paso Lajitas, Mexico. In addition Dr. Hatcher is an active member of her community participating with Can Help and Dentistry from the Heart.
