With over 23 years experience in the healing arts, Améla’s personal path of healing and growth has led to formal training in massage therapy, holistic herbalism, spagyric herbal preparation, yoga, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, astrology and reiki.Honoring the self as a microcosm of the universe, her goal is to foster each individual’s unique expression of health and through this foster the health of the planet.
