I practice deep listening and attunement to the subtle energies and expressions of life. I hold a space that supports clients in their self-empowerment, life expression, and returning home to themselves. From my personal experiences with brain injuries and lyme disease, I carry a learned adeptness to the sensitivities of the body in relationship to illness and building collective resources in healing. I hold a practice that is trauma informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and centers liberation. I also practice Plant Spirit Medicine, Spiritual Response Therapy, and work in trauma-informed healthcare.
