Eleanor Brown

Eleanor shifted her life path to therapeutic body work in 2017. The joy of giving bodywork led her to study various subjects including meditation, accessible yoga, crystal healing, astrology, human design, female sexual empowerment, consent, plant cultivation and essential oils. In Peru she studied Upledger CST and shamanistic practices with John Eddowes. In 2019, she began studying BCST at Stillpoint in NYC under the direction of Shannon Dailey and Clara Favale. BCST brought a new understanding of her body and inherent health and she’s passionate about sharing this knowledge with others.
