In 1999, I added BCST work to my established (1990) Bodywork Practice. My primary teachers were Michael Shea and Mike Boxall. With 30+ years of ongoing somatic studies, I blend Somatic Experiencing (SE) and other modality skills as appropriate. My work is collaborative; the intention being to support the Body's wisdom, allowing the story of sensations to unfold for greater regulation/ resilience (Well-being) w/i one's nervous system (ANS). I'm a Somatic Educator and Guide. With this work there can be greater capacity to 'be with' the stressors and challenges in life with more Health.
