Lucia G. Perillan

Lucia focuses on the restoration of vitality. A Licensed Acupuncturist and RCST, Lucia has trained in the repair of hurt from adverse life experiences. Clients regain innate adaptability, overall tone and relaxation through movement, breath work and connecting with self and others with a greater felt sense of safety. Additionally, she recommends dietary changes and simple breathing exercises to enhance and prolong the benefits of acupuncture treatment. When appropriate, she prescribes Chinese Herbs as an adjunct to treatment. Lucia loves to play, hike, swim, dance and sing.
