I own The School of Inner Health in Denver where I teach Foundation trainings and other classes on the nervous system. I discovered BCST over 25 years ago and still learn from the Breath of Life in every session! I see my job as creating the conditions for healing to occur and supporting them to remember what their bodies already know. I am especially skilled at working with auto accidents, head injuries, birth and developmental trauma, physical and emotional injury, family system / ancestral traumas.
