I was a California CMT for 13 years, trained in the following modalities: Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Foot Reflexology, Polarity Therapy, Acupressure, and Neuromuscular Reprogramming (NMR). I studied 13 years at Foundation for Spiritual Development in Marin County, CA. In 2004 I was designated as a Certified Taoist Practitioner. As I enter a new chapter back in my home state of Ohio, I will be practicing Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy exclusively with the awareness that everything that has come before enriches what I am now able to bring to the field.
