I dedicate myself to pathways that connect us with source and the ground of being, by which we experience healing recognition of our continuity with that sacred ground.l am graced to witness & support others in the process of embodied remembering whereby we can heal imprints of traumatic history. I draw on ancient, living wisdom of teachers, including that of Franklyn & Cherionna Sills, Thomas Hubl, vipassana and kundalini/hatha yoga.I am inspired by nature, the gifts of love, poetry, language, music, dance and the work for justice and truth. I hold philosophy and literature degrees from Yale.
