I have been on a healing journey for the past 20 years with a keen interest in the body's ability to heal itself. Both self taught and trainings in herbalism, homeopathy, whole food nutrition, essential oils and Reiki. My interest in Craniosacral work began more than a decade ago when I first started receiving treatments and in 2018 I recognized this healing modality needed to be shared with more people and began my training.
