Stephanie Rogers

I am a registered craniosacral teacher/therapist, registered Polarity therapist and educator and a registered yoga teacher. I work and teach on Fire Island for about 7 months and then move into NYC to see clients and teach there. My focus is awareness of body alignment and how energy moves in the body. Stress reduction and body ease are crucial. Helping clients understand the held patterns in their bodies and offering ways to release them means their healing process is directed toward health.
