Andréa’s path to healing began in a childhood marked by trauma and instability, leading to chronic pain, anxiety, and depression in adulthood. After struggling to find relief through traditional methods, Andréa discovered the Feldenkrais Method, which brought both physical relief and a deeper connection to the body. Building on this, Andréa explored Somatic Experiencing, a trauma-informed approach that further supported emotional healing and nervous system regulation. Now, as a Feldenkrais practitioner and Somatic Experiencing practitioner-in-training, Andréa helps others overcome chronic pain, trauma, and stress through mindful movement and somatic awareness. With care and compassion, Andréa guides clients toward greater well-being, offering tools for self-discovery and lasting healing.
