I teach small group classes in Wash Park on Wednesday and Thursday mornings, and in Northwest Denver Tuesday midday. I offer occasional half or full day workshops. Individual lessons are by appointment. I enjoy being witness and support for how this path of awareness through movement helps people clarify and find their way through life's challenges.
