I am a massage therapist and expert myofascial therapist at Capital Integrative Health. t is deeply fulfilling to offer this profound healing modality because it allows my clients to thrive in their wellness. My desire is to help others in alleviating pain and restore movement as well as having more awareness of their body. As I move along this path I am constantly looking for a deeper understanding of our mind, body and soul. My work is a blend of using my intuition, deep listening for full awareness and advanced technical skills that allows me to provide the best possible treatment. I believe in empowering my clients and provide guidance in self- treatment techniques to use beyond the treatment room. Myofascial release is the most profound healing I have experienced and I am grateful to bring this modality to my clients.
