Free to Move Therapy is a small clinic with a comforting vibe with a focus on MFR as well as energy healing. In addition to hands-on MFR and Healing Touch, Nancy works with clients to design home exercise plans that fit into their lives, centering on myofascial mobility and strengthening exercises they can complete in their own homes.
