Located in scenic Guilford, Connecticut at Health Options, in a townhouse that was built in 1732. You can sense the building is steeped in New England history the moment you walk through the door and gaze upon the massive, colonial-style fireplace. It is here where I provide Myofascial Release therapy (and other modalities) for the relief of chronic pain, enabling my clients to live richer, fuller lives where they can continue to enjoy the activities they love without struggle.
