Myofascial Awakening - Lady Fascia

Hi! I'm Yevgeniya or Lady Fascia- your local MFR therapist in Bethlehem, PA. With JFB MFR, I help people feel free in their bodies and hearts. Together, we will find where your body is restricting, straining, and overcompensating and work through those layers to get you free. One of my greatest passions is helping people release emotional trauma trapped in their tissues. For those who are brave enough to go deep, I will work with you to hold the space and feel through the restrictions left over from unprocessed experiences. Additionally, as a doula, I would be honored to join you on your journey into parenthood. I have used MFR during pregnancy and during birth to prepare for and ease the birthing process.
