Leah Darling is a Physical Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB). In addition, she has completed her studies as a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor (CPI) through Balanced Body University. Leah is a Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certified Pilates Instructor, which is recognized by the NCAA. Leah has been in practice since 1994. Leah began her journey as a Myofascial Release Therapist in 1997. She is a Full Instructor for the Myofascial Release Center and has been assisting with MFR Seminars since 1999. Leah's full time private practice is located in Scottsdale, AZ.
