I started my career as a physical therapist 30+ years ago. I have evaluated and treated a wide range of clients and diagnoses' through the years. I developed effective lymphedema and pelvic floor programs through the course of my career. I have also continued to pursue my educational and manual therapy skills by attaining my Ph.D. in Natural Health, 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, and Massage Therapist Licensure. I love Myofascial Release and deeply appreciate the comprehensive manner in which it treats every person I have the honor to work with.
