Rooted Elements

I graduated from Cortiva Institute for Massage Therapy in 2004. I am a NJ licensed Massage Therapist and have been in practice since 2007. My passion has always been to help people feel their best. I continued my education by getting certified in many modalities in search to find long lasting results for my clients. Once I started my own healing journey in 2019, I found an amazing MFR Practicioner and my search was over because it gave me my life back. I experienced true authentic Healing and that's when I knew this is what I wanted to offer in my practice. I immediately started to take classes in 2020 of MFR 1, 2 and Fascial Pelvis and will continue my education only in MFR. If I have the opportunity to work with you, my goal is to support & guide you to connect, feel and listen to what your body is asking for.
