I am a massage therapist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and self-taught herbalist with a passion for health and wellness. I believe it's important to get into our bodies and into flow every day and take great joy in practicing and sharing tools to do this. I love to move and have experienced many kinds of dance, yoga, and other movement practices. I've taught and assisted yoga for over 10 years, including hatha, yin, meditation, and yoga for children. I became a massage therapist in 2022 and developed a practice that integrates a variety of styles with a focus on intuitive listening, presence, and connection. In my bodywork healing sessions, I listen to and follow the body's innate wisdom and hold space for healing. We play, we dance, and every session is different. I also offer the option to enjoy a sauna or hot tub before your session.
