I have taken 377 hours of the Ortho-Bionomy classes including Chapman Points, Isometrics, Posture & Post Techniques, Cranial, Vagus and Phrenic Nerve Visceral, Below the Dome Visceral, Fluids, Fascia and the Lymphatic System, 48 hours of study groups, over 23 hours of consults with various instructors. I have taken Spinning Babies Classes twice, once while I was pregnant, to learn about body balancing while expecting. I took Birth Story listening course with Pam England. The journey through life and supporting community on this path is a gift and an honor.
