Kambo Kreativa

Hi! I’m Lette Allen — founder of Kambo Kreativa and a certified Kambo Practitioner through the International Association of Kambo Practitioners (IAKP). I trained in Pucallpa, Peru, under the guidance of Esther Kaijim and José Luis del Solar, and this work continues to humble and expand me every day. My journey with Kambo began as I was searching for support with gut health and relief from S.I.B.O. (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth). While I noticed profound shifts in my digestion and overall well-being, what truly surprised me was the unexpected return of my creative flow. I hadn’t realized how much I’d been holding back— overly focused on control, disconnected from my own rhythm. Kambo helped me soften, release, and remember. As a storyteller, I found myself reconnecting to voice and expression in a way that felt more raw, more honest, and more alive.
