Ayurvedic constitution and lifestyle are important considerations in individual assessment. She has a specialty in essential oil therapy and is certified in England as an Aromatherapies and a member of the International Federation of Aromatherapist. She is the author of a self help book on aromatherapy, called Healing with Aromatherapy, published by Keats/McGraw-Hill (see section in this website for member books). Hands on treatments such as Aromatherapy Massage incorporated with pressure points of Ayurvedic Marma Points and foot Reflexology are offered. Ms Ericksen is Certified in DR. Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage, a gentle detoxifying therapy. She has a full range of Essential Oils and Holistic Skin Care products available. As an author and teacher she is available for speaking engagements, classes and offers a Distance Learning Aromatherapy Course leading to Certification.
