I have a special interest in dream and sleep therapy, and with a mixture of clinical and traditional knowledge I help clients find a healthy cycle that's right for them. Whether you have a diagnosed disorder, or recurrent nightmares, I'm trained to work with you and alongside your doctor if necessary, using plants, food, and your sleep environment to your advantage. Beyond this I also support clients with chronic illness, auto-immune conditions, digestive disturbances, and allergies, among other things. Locally I conduct educational herb walks, and medicine making workshops. You can find me in person or over video conference for a consultation. Though BC is my place of residence, I often travel to Marquette Michigan, and various other states, feel free to contact me for more information.
