Ann M. Mackenzie

I am an integrative psychotherapist based in North County San Diego, and offer both in-person and telehealth services. Integrative Mental Health is my passion, and I support individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, grief, relationship or family stress, substance abuse, and spirituality. I have a special interest in working with adults looking for a mind-body-spirit approach, and who want to make life-style changes that support their progress in therapy. For those interested in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I am partnered with a psychiatrist and medical staff who can safely screen for, administer and monitor these sessions. For those preparing to complete other types of psychedelic-medicine work, I offer both preparation and integration sessions. I do not personally provide any psychoactive or controlled substances, and I do not provide referrals to any “underground” or illegal psychedelic services.
