In my work with my clients I create a space that is nonjudgmental, caring, compassionate, honest, and ethical. I have warmth and also like to joke that I keep an open mind, but not so open my brain falls out. I combine both logical/practical and the emotional/intuitive side. I help my clients find ways to grow while also maintaining steadiness and ability to function. I work to understand each person's history, background, heart, goals, and visions for their life and then provide guidance to move in those valued directions.
