We all are born with strength, beauty, and a great capacity for joy. However, most of us experience challenges in life that can make it difficult for these qualities to shine. Many of my clients experience life as overwhelming and want more peace and joy. Some struggle with relationships, work, and/or school; others have physical health issues; and many have tried therapy before but did not find healing. All want a better life filled with contentment, happiness, and peace; they want to live life more fully to realize their inherent value.
