Usually I meet with clients weekly, online or in person, to assess their needs, establish our beginning therapeutic goals, and over the course of 6-12 weeks. For our ketamine program, we interlace the Accelerated Resolution Therapy approach paired with Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (K.A.P.) sessions to aide in rapid recovery of trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, and other disorders.
