Everyone has different needs, so each road I walk with a client is unique, but it is a road we walk together. Initially I do a thorough family history to identify any ancestral traumas , patterns or burdens that may be connected to the presenting issue. I work on resources with each person so that they have tools to negotiate whatever bumps are in the road that lies ahead. From there we decide together what is most needed and would work best- i.e. EMDR, systemic constellation/ancetral work etc.
