My first goal is for clients to feel safe, comfortable, and heard in therapy. I utilize a person-centered approach to treatment. This means that my client is the expert on their life. As a therapist, my goal is to empower and motivate clients to meet their goals. At our first session, you can tell me what is bringing you to therapy. I will gather information about your goals and expectations and we can talk about what, if anything, in your life you hope to see change. From there, we work collaboratively through the process.
