I believe that connecting to your Spirit Self, expanded Consciousness, and Psychedelics can help you gently reach the deep shadows within. My approach is Spiritual with a Shamanic lens; I teach you to journey, connect with your body, and access non-ordinary states of consciousness. I utilize visioning, journeying, yogic philosophy/practices, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I believe that many of our belief systems are rooted in earlier childhood experiences. It’s my goal to help you innerstand how these experiences inform the way you see yourself and show up today.
