I love The Tools by Stutz and Michels. I use these tools, especially shadow-work and IFS parts work to promote dialogue within. Eventually we learn to negotiate with ourselves and others. Ultimately nobody gets what they truly deserve, but they do get what they negotiate for. What would you like to negotiate for?
