When someone first reaches out to me for help or walks in my door, I focus on the best way to support who they are showing up as in that moment. I recognize that each person is on their own journey, and my office is merely a stop along the way. I come from a place of love, compassion, and hope. My goal is to help people develop a greater sense of connection within themselves and among the complexities of their everyday life which exists outside of my office.
