Therapy with me is compassionate, client-centered, with growth-mindset accountability. It's a space to share the deepest parts of yourself, and have those parts be met with non-judgmental kindness and acceptance. It's a place to laugh, deeply reflect and learn about yourself. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, Breathwork Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, EMDR Practitioner, Meditation Teacher and Reiki Master Teacher. I'm trained in MDMA, psilocybin, and KAP ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and currently offer KAP sessions. Sand Tray Therapy, Play Therapy and Expressive Arts can be integrated into sessions. I see clients virtually and in person in the state of Texas. I supervise LPC Associates who work in my practice at Mind-Body Counseling & Training Center. Therapy with LPC Associates is a great way to receive quality therapy with a trained professional at a greatly reduced session fee.
