I begin with a holistic 90-minute initial assessment where we take a deep dive into the the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors that impact mental health and vitality. From there I'm available to work flexibly depending on a client's needs and desires. Offerings include Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic integration and harm reduction, integrative psychiatry, lifestyle counseling, psychotherapy, and coaching.
