I provide individual therapy to clients in person and online. I begin with an assessment to get to know you, your goals, and if this therapy is good fit. From there we can craft a bespoke plan for you and determine what the best choice for you is. After we meet for the first time, we determine how often we will meet, where we will explore past and/or current work with psychedelics and how to integrate insights into your daily life to make the changes you would like to see in yourself and in your life. After our initial meeting, we figure out how frequently we should meet and the topics we'll discuss. Whether we're delving into your past, current experiences with psychedelics, or exploring ketamine-assisted therapy, the aim is to use our insights to create positive changes in your day-to-day life.
