The work I do is Client Centered, meaning I work to help you see the wisdom, strength and solutions you hold inside you. I work from the understanding that a large portion of our suffering comes from being disconnected from the inner wisdom we have inside of us, and finding our path “home” inside ourselves is critical to feeling connected to our communities, families, careers, passions, and loved ones. Our time together is spent focusing on giving you the space to be understood in a way that feels right to you. This is done while guiding you away from the story you have been telling yourself about suffering and gently into the present moment and your body.
