In my work with my clients I create a space that is nonjudgmental, caring, compassionate, honest, and ethical. I work to meet clients where they are at, at the pace of their nervous system, and it's capacity to grow and integrate new information. I help my clients grow and connect with their own inner healer. It is said, “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.” I work to understand each person's history, background, heart, goals, and visions for their life and then provide guidance to move in that direction in an empowered way.
