I tend to offer a semi-structured approach to treatment. I will ask what the client wishes to focus/work on during session and assist the client in meeting said goal during each session. For my clients who are neurodivergent, I also work to provide more insight and psychoeducation on neurodivergence to assist my clients in better modifying their environments to help improve their quality of life.
