Our intake process is free of charge. We begin with a phone call where the provider will ask about past medical history, family history, and previous psychedelic medication use in order to determine if there are any contraindications to ketamine therapy. If the phone call goes well, we then schedule an in-person evaluation to do a physical examination so the doctor can check your vital signs and heart rhythm. Once you pass your physical, we then schedule a treatment day and collect payment.
