I work with clients with our therapeutic relationship at the center. Each relationship is unique, intimate, and intentionally collaborative, so you feel empowered throughout the journey toward your goals. Our time in session is limited, and the effort put in between the session will be instrumental in any progress toward goals, we work together to understand which type of activities, reflections or connections help you continue to build new skills and heal the parts of you that need that support.
